Important safety notice

You must not take Kingmaster if

● you are allergic to Sildenafil or any of the other ingredients in this product
● you have recently had a stroke, heart attack or if you have low or high blood pressure
● you are taking nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitric oxide releasing drugs (such as isoamyl nitrite)
● you are taking medicines for angina pectoris (such as Nitraten or Stickoxid)
● you suffer from another serious heart or liver disorder
● you suffer from a rare retinal disorder (such as retinitis pigmentosa) or from loss of vision due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)
● you are taking riocigvat (used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thrombo-embolitic pulmonary hypertension)
● you are already taking another medicine to treat erectile dysfunction

Warning

Talk to your doctor before taking a product containing Sildenafil if you have:
● heart problems
● Peyronie’s disease or other penile deformity
● peptic ulcer disease or bleeding problems (such as hemophilia)
● intolerance to some sugars (such as lactose)
● sickle cell disease, leukemia or multiple myeloma
● HIV (especially when treated with protease inhibitors)

The use of Kingmaster with other medicines requires your doctor’s approval, especially if you are taking erythromycin, cimetidine, ketoconazole or protease inhibitors (ritonavir, saquinavir).

If you have liver or kidney problems, inform your doctor. Your doctor will assess whether the dosage needs to be adjusted. The usual starting dose in this case is 25 mg/day.

Possible side effects of the product

Side effects may occur while taking Sildenafil-based products. They are usually mild to moderate in severity, with a short duration. The most common side effects include headache, nausea, indigestion, flushing, hot flashes, visual disorder (blurred or blue vision), stuffy nose and dizziness.

Important warning

If after taking the medicine you experience severe visual impairment, hearing loss, blood in your urine or cloudy urine, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours, especially if it is not caused by sexual stimulation but is accompanied by pain, seek medical attention immediately.

Also seek immediate medical attention if you experience any unusual reaction or severe deterioration in your condition associated with the use of the product. And also if any common side effect persists for a long time.
